The Argonne Apartments

I’ve had a very positive experience in my first year living at the Argonne. No major issues with my apartment and any small ones have been addressed quickly. The staff is very friendly and management goes above and beyond, especially Kahali! Lots of renovations have been underway this year with the new management, and although that can sometimes be inconvenient, the renovations have made noticeable improvements to the property.

this building needs to pick a struggle. There hasn’t been a single month living here in the last two years where everything is working properly. There is ALWAYS an issue with the elevators, heating, ac, water (it’s currently shut off with no communication to residents), ETC. We’ve also been dealing with roaches on and off for the entire time we’ve lived here. Concierges are nice but have no clue what’s going on. And they have the audacity to raise the rent.

No heat for 4 days in December while 12 degrees outside. Bugs. One working elevator for the entire building at a given time. Have to send 5 emails or more before receiving a response. Would not recommend. Have emailed BMC Corporate directly to discuss.

Can only speak about the tour but had a great experience with Sophia S in the lease management office. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. She knew everything about the property and clearly takes pride in her work - could not have had a better tour experience.
