I lived here for a year, and unfortunately the management was extremely unprofessional. I’ve lived in different apartments for over a decade, and this was hands-down one of the worst management I’ve encountered. YES management does matter when you actually live somewhere, and the way they spoke to residents was consistently degrading and dismissive. Requests were met with attitude instead of help, and despite the property being labeled “non-smoking,” smoking was very common throughout the complex. Oh also, hope you like bugs on the first floor, it’s right next to the forest. We had ants EVERYWHERE. No matter what we did, ants just came in. It’s cheaper for a reason. Hi, I am a resident here for almost three years. Recently, they changed managing system, and I was completely not noticed about my auto payment was stopped. Until Nov 5, I am informed our rent is due and will be charge by 5 % fee later on. I quickly login to the website and set up the bank account. It showed that 3 business days are needed to verify my bank account. What is more, I am travelling out of town and was unable to pay in person. If I am using credit card to pay, I had to pay extra 3% fee. It is completely unacceptable because of the management's false to let me pay the extra fee. I would probably not live here again. They completely just like your money without any consideration to your service.

The Arden has been a great place to live! Nick, the maintenance manager is very responsive and Rebecca in the leasing office is very friendly and helpful! We appreciate the quietness and politeness of the community as a whole. The location near the Greenway has been beneficial for walking our dog and it’s a quick ride to downtown Raleigh.

I lived at the Arden from 2024-2025. Amenities are standard. Reason for my rating it 1 star is that renters can forget about any security deposit given to them. It's been 4 months since I have moved out and yet after multiple emails and follow up calls, they have yet to respond and refund my security deposit. It's a shame that they would do this for deposit which is 1/10 of the monthly rent.

The apartment is very nice, clean, and quiet. The community is peaceful, with professional and respectful residents. The facilities are well maintained, and overall it was a pleasant and comfortable place to live.
