When I arrived, the leasing team—Amanda, Teya, and Justin—went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their friendliness and professionalism ensured me to settle down in the apartment smoothly. The responsiveness of management truly stands out. When I reported a minor issue with my shower head, a technician arrived within minutes to resolve it. This level of attentive service is exactly what I hope for. The one regret that I have with this place... Is not finding it sooner! You can definitely stop looking at other luxury apartments because this one outdoes them all in amenities, good vibes, and price. I was on the apartment hunt for months and I truly looked at them all; The Elm, Oxford Cam, Novella, Ninth Square... literally, you name it. This one stands out completely in every single way! Immediately after my tour with Desire, I didn’t need any other reason to sign the lease. I appreciated Tristian’s patience and genuine enthusiasm to help me find the perfect apartment layout, as well as Amanda’s quick, friendly, and efficient logistical setup. The Archive is absolutely UNMATCHED when compared to any other apartment complex in New Haven. As a Yale student who has been on the hunt for an apartment for a while (having lived off campus in other locations in NH), I was genuinely blown away by everything the Archive has to offer. They easily top any apartment (luxury especially) in the area with their beautifully designed contemporary spaces. Don't get me started on all of the amenities! As an athlete, I appreciate their actual FULL modern gym (barbell racks and a sled included??!!) with recovery assets such as a sauna. I’ve had a great experience at The Archive! The staff, especially Amanda, is very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of events and activities, making it easy to meet people and engage in the community. The rooftop view is amazing, offering a great spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Additionally, the sauna is a fantastic feature, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, it’s a great place to live with excellent amenities and a welcoming atmosphere!

I loved living here. Everything was quite new and nice quality, and my neighbors were respectful. The utilities were pretty cheap and the internet was great. I appreciated how easy it was to communicate with management, since they're on-site. They were always super friendly and helpful. Loved Eli's sweet greetings every morning. I definitely would have stayed longer if I could have!
