I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The community is clean, well-maintained, and feels very welcoming. It’s a great place to live, and I’ve always felt comfortable and happy here. I especially want to recognize Ada for her outstanding customer service. She is always professional, friendly, and willing to help with anything that’s needed. Her positive attitude and dedication really make a difference and show how much the staff cares about the residents. Overall, I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live. The excellent staff and wonderful environment make it an easy choice.

My experience with this apartment complex was extremely disappointing. During the leasing process, I was shown a model apartment. While I understand model units are used for marketing, the actual unit offered to me was not reasonably comparable. My move-in was originally scheduled for late January, but I was later contacted and told the apartment would be ready earlier, on January 9. Based on that information, I scheduled utilities, reserved movers, and notified my current landlord. When I arrived to sign the lease, I requested to view the apartment first. Upon entering, I immediately noticed a strong and unpleasant odor, paint on the flooring, a loose refrigerator door handle, and gnats or flying insects throughout the unit. I can’t believe how affordable this place is and how great My apartment looks I needed somewhere to move ASAP and the leasing agent Ada Was able to get me approved and moved in!!! I am so grateful And I love this place. I’ve been here for over a month already and I gotta say I’ve never felt more at home.

First off I wanna say that the grounds of the complex are very well taken care of. It’s a very scenic and pretty place to live, like being in the trees. The staff in the office are very friendly and likeable. I moved here out of urgency on a Friday and the staff accommodated me well to get me moved in with keys in hand that day. I expected I’d have to wait the weekend at least but my leasing agent was quick with her keyboard and did all the necessary paperwork and phone calls to get me moved in. Everyone was very welcoming and professional that day, and I can’t thank them enough for pulling so many strings for me. Staff and property are literally trash. Rena in office yelling yes shouting she is manager of the complex and in same out of breath proud of not knowing what is happing on the grounds or with the staff. Went over a week with broken Air Conditioning and when I went to office to get clarification when it’s gonna be fixed Rena could only deflect. How is she even qualified? Even when Joe the maintenance came and promptly told me legally in the State of Texas he did not have to fix my air condition. This was in 90+ degree weather. Maintenance pounds on my door bc they have to work when I put in online request . Was shown my unit and it had glass all over the outside . Every day staff said they were sending someone to clean it before I moved it shocker it’s still there. I’ll leave it for the nex
