Glad I was able to leave this place man, 1150 for a one bedroom, maintance was always late. Even when I moved in they had me switch apartments twice ! Because they weren't, "ready." The whole summer I was there the AC smell was horrible! Don't get me wrong, if you need an apartment they'll definitely give you one, ready or not 😂.. but don't expect anything to get fixed. I have a friend living there now with no AC! Another with a hole in there ceiling above the bathtub. Water leaking in when it rains. It's honestly horrible. Unless you get the townhouses, I heard those are newer. But for your money's worth, this place is not worth it! The people in the office are somewhat helpful. But really I don't move into this place, especially if you have kids!

The worst place i have ever lived. There is no end to the amount of noise in this place, they shut the water off every 4 weeks and the rent increases by $150-200 every lease. When we moved in the entire place was disgusting and full of leaves and plastic cups, you will never be able to escape the amount of mold and gas leaks in any unit you rent. The parking lot is full of ice in the winter (no salting) and trash in the summer, i broke my arm here last winter after slipping on ice. The only thing the office does well is collect rent, and the owners of this place are the rankest slumlords they could be, lawsuits in every single property they own because of unsafe living conditions. Cars are broken into nightly and the cops are basically scared of this place and never come, even if called. T

DO NOT MOVE HERE! If I could give this place -5 stars I would. And before I start PSA to MANAGEMENT I don’t need your generic response back because I lived there for three years and know that you guys really don’t care about anything other than collecting your rent. When my family and I moved to these apartments in 2021 we were sold on the lie that there would be a resort style pool and gym amongst many other lie. The pool didn’t show up until last year And there was nothing resort style about it. They added water to the same pool that was there added some chairs, not enough chairs might I add and a grill. When we first signed our lease, we were told we were getting one apartment and then they ended up giving that apartment to somebody else and moving us into the one next to it. The apartm

Tenants without power for 5 days and it’s freezing outside. They have no idea when the power will be on. My mom was told that she has to move to another unit and they can give her two weeks but what about her having to live inside a freezing, dark apartment, food spoiling and now having to move around Christmas and the holidays. Didn’t even offer money off her rent or money to move. The customer service is terrible.

Pleasssssssse don’t go where. Is veryyyyyyyyyy bad place nothing is good there. Lying everyday, they don’t care they care only about there rent. Is almost 1 month we don’t have heat, no stove all bathroom is bad and they don’t wanna fix it. I never saw apartments like that. Poor communication no respect 10000000%%%%%% baddddd
