The Carriage Court apartments is a great place to live. The Maintenance Workers are truly wonderful and the Property Manager Mrs. Mary Collins is truly a wonderful person. She is very professional, very knowledgeable, very understanding and a very caring person. If there is anything wrong she will make sure to get it taken care of right away. But she is a combination of very sweet, very professional and also a no nonsense type of woman who gets the job done. I hope Mrs. Mary and Travis the maintenance worker and the rest of the work staff will never leave because as long they are there on the job this will always been ran very smoothly. The onsite management team is super efficient. Mary, Perry, and Travis together see to it that the property is kept clean, safe, and well maintained. The Property Director Mary Collins was very courteous, knowledgeable & provided details about the adminities within the community & surrounding area. Mary answered all of my questions and had taken me on a tour of the property & available apartments. I feel that Carriage Court Apartments would be a great place to call home.
As tenants, we deserve better service. I am not staying for free and neither is my carport free. I will provide reviews when the time is right and also explore other avenues but this towing company needs to change. Period. There is no excuse for irrational or bad behavior and I am not a person who puts up with that. I have stayed since 2017 and have seen much better times but it’s time to move on now.
