Hello, I/We have resided at The Arbors for over 8 years and absolutely love it here! The management team and owners are the key to this beautiful environment and high quality of living! The community is wonderful, respectful and caring. The property manager and maintenance staff are very responsive and kind. The grounds are kept in excellent condition. The owners truly care about their tenants and their property. It is very peaceful and welcoming here - we are very lucky and blessed! The Arbors on Jefferson is an amazing apartment complex. The charming architecture, walkability, and management team really make this place a dream come true. The apartments are comfortable with nice finishes and in-unit laundry, offering a variety of apartment styles with single, two, and three bedrooms. Not only that, but the property is beautiful and well cared for. There's monthly newsletters detailing fun seasonal events happening around Carlsbad and North County, crosswords, word searches and recipes, which is so sweet. The management team is always responsive and very helpful! There's a lot of intentionality with regular property maintenance, seasonal events like Halloween and Christmas door-decorating contests, and even a 2-day Spring Cleaning event with a drop-off area for any ov

I lived at Arbors for 5 years and it was definitely one of the best places I have ever lived. Being a half mile from the center of Carlsbad Village, about a mile from the beach, and with easy access to the interstate, it was an ideal location for me. The apartment manager Amber is totally awesome. She lives onsite, so she is invested in making sure that it is a great place to live. She is easy to talk to, very responsive, well organized, and goes out of her way to make you feel at home. The maintenance staff is friendly, clean and professional, and were always quick to respond anytime I needed them. But more than that, you can tell that they take pride in the property. I’ve lived in many apartments, but nothing compares to the Arbors. I LOVE living here. It actually feels like a community. The property manager, Amber, plans events for the tenants, sends monthly news letters, and is always helpful. I love the landscape and use the community grill frequently. Alex, the maintenance man, responds very quickly and will always fix any request!
