The Arbors at Towne Park

I want to express my appreciation for the outstanding service I received on my three visits to The Arbors at Towne Park located in Williamsburg, Virginia. On my first visit my daughter-in-law waited in the car while I went inside to pickup an application. I met with Ms. Pat Johnston, who gave me a thorough explanation of what is required for me to submit an application to get on the waiting list for an apartment. I was very impressed when I left and knew from the appearance of the lobby that this is the place where I wanted to live. Prior to submitting the application, I called and spoke with Ms. Ursula Fletcher, who scheduled a tour for me. I will soon begin my second year at The Arbors at Towne Park and i am happy to say that this is a wonderful place to live. It has many amenities to enjoy which i really appreciate. Always very neat and clean, very nicely maintained. My thanks to Mr. Richard and Mr. Alvin. The property management team Ms. Fletcher and Ms. Johnston have always been super nice and always helpful. Very happy to call this place home.

My husband really love living at The Arbors. It is very bright and welcoming. They keep us busy with the weekly activities and outings. The staff is pleasant to work with. We have been here since the beginning and have no plans of moving.

What senior living community doesn't put out salt before a major snow ice event? The Arbors at Town Park don't! They send out a notice to tell you to stay in your apartment and don't leave. And put out signs that say the sidewalks could be slippery so be cautious. What kind of place am I living in?

A beautiful Luxury Senior Living Community. The property manager, Ms. Fletcher was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, informative, professional and personable throughout our entire leasing process. 10 stars in my opinion.
