The Arbors at Shoulders Hill

This place has four floors of apartments. The minimum age to live there is 62 most people are older. The average age of tenants is about 74. The entire complex has only 6 handicap parking for the tenants & guests. Most of the tenants are elderly and have mobility issues. The staff is not very friendly and hardly answer their phones. However. there are some nice features but not worth the money. The rent goes up every year. I lived there for only five months & my rent went up without a cause. Don't live here if your income is a little over the income requirement, you will be charged market value which in my opinion is very over priced. I moved in the Arbors in March and could not be happier! My apartment was so well thought out and constructed in a way that optimizes the space...I have more than enough storage and my furniture fits beautifully. The amenities are beyond anything I would have dreamed of and the decor is beautiful. I've met new friends and know I can call this my perfect home for my retirement years!

The Arbors has Black Mold, as a Senior living here, I am very concerned and worried about my health. Painting over it does not do, and yes I have reported it.

Hi I’ve moved here last year of February I love it it just that u have to wait on something to get fix for days and weeks before anybody come and the maintenance man it so nasty of all the apartment I lived in I’ve never had someone come and just ok what’s wrong these are some unfriendly people
