Save your money. I applied for an apartment over a week ago, when i initially asked how long the process would take i was told 2-3 business days. Here we are over a week later, and i’m just now getting approved. communication was horrible, i had to keep contacting them to get an update on the status of my application and it started to seem as if i was bothering them.. I communicated that i needed an answer by monday because i had gotten approved for another apartment, but it wasn’t their problem i guess. so fast forward to today, thursday. i finally get approved, and when i ask if the apartment i was shown would be the apartment i was getting & she said no, that one has now been rented… & they only have traditional units coming available not the updated one that i had seen 😒 & they wanted

I would avoid living here at all costs There’s black mold all over my apartment, between the bathrooms and the kitchen! The Arbors management is doing everything possible to avoid dealing with it properly. They’re literally replacing certain bits and pieces in the apartment that the mold was visible . while ignoring the mold that goes all the way up to the second floor. You can see the spread of all the mold but they’re pretending it’s contained to just the bathroom when it was the upstairs that was leaking to the down stairs bathroom. I’ve called, emailed, followed up and they give me the runaround every time just stating the maintenance will be back next day to take care of the problem. I'm updating the review left in June 2024. Thank God! It's almost time to gooooo! Definitely not interested in renewing lease. When I'm done, there will either be crickets OR the infamous " we're sorry you had a bad experience, we aim to ....blah blah and blah" because based on my own experience and the experiences of many others, they really deserve 2stars at best. The only reason for the 2 instead of 1 is because originally it was 1 and they fulfilled a small portion of the original complaint. However, the rest are all broken promises or downplaying complaints. I think I'm being generous to get honest. ***Final Update - After going back and forth with multiple individuals about the routine carpet cleaning fee, the $80 was returned. Always advocate for yourself to ensure that you are being treated fairly :-) *** Update - I have been waiting for two weeks for a response to my email with guidance of where in the lease I consented to a routine carpet cleaning fee as I could not find any such section. I am extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism and customer service at this apartment complex. From the very beginning, the team has been consistently rude, dismissive, and unwilling to provide even basic courtesy in communication. Their poor attitude and lack of respect make it clear that customer service is not a priority here. As a representative of a company that provides housing for foreign college students, I was initially considering entering into a business contract with this property. However, due to the repeated negative interactions with the management team, I can confidently say that I would never recommend this complex to anyone, let alone entrust them with housing for international students who deserve a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
