We were in a hurry when purchasing our home. The inspector recommended by a friend was unavailable, so we found Tim online. His reviews looked decent, and we appreciated that he was able to fit us in on short notice. Unfortunately, hiring him turned out to be a poor decision. During the inspection, he did not spend sufficient time or care, and there were several important issues he failed to identify. These included visible cracks in the foundation wall and a leaking toilet drain leading down to the basement. Both of these were later found by contractors we brought in after the purchase. One contractor even advised us to contact Tim to have him address the missed issues, but he did not respond to our attempts to reach him.
