Randy at RST Rentals is great. Very fair pricing, maintenance requests handled within a day or two, and moving in/out avoids a lot of the hidden fees other rental companies try to tack on (no $250 "redecorating fee")! As a pet owner I also appreciate that the lease doesn't require cats to be declawed, unlike some other companies in Bloomington/Normal. I rarely write reviews for companies, but finding a decent landlord is hard. I'm moving out to a place with more space, although I'd definitely prefer to rent with RST if they have availability in larger units in the future.
My experience has been nothing but positive, since I've moved in. Randy and Sarah are nice to work with, maintenance requests are handled quick.
Great experience for 3+ years, maintenance issues are taken care of quickly and promptly either by the landlord himself or his maintenance crew. Highly recommend!
