The Arbors Apartments

The Arbors is an amazing place not only do I love working at their site, Chaquita convinced me to apply for the apartment and I know I will be approved and moving in soon. She was very dedicated to getting me to apply. Her sense of humor and personality stood out and she did what needed to be done to get me approved. I really enjoyed speaking with her. Now I look forward to experiencing a wonderful stay at The Arbors! Great office manager and what a beautiful place!!

The Arbor’s is the place to be! I stopped in one day after work just inquiring an apartment and Chaquita swept we off my feet with her encouraging words. At first I was just looking but not ready to move. She mention all of the great special she had and even convinced me about my work hours with getting to work later than I usually do. We then took a tour through the amazing apartments you guys have. Not only did I fall in love with what I saw but Chaquita’s personality and the way she handle the entire process was great. She was definitely the woman for the job. Long story short I had a great experience and will be moving in soon. Look forward to having an even better stay.

I have been living here for three years and when renewing the contract this year we moved to a three-bedroom apartment, everything was fine until in the office they told us that they would remove the washing machines and it is something that my family and I made me think if it is really worth paying what we paid without having that included, since for two years we had it, now we are considering looking for something else, I would not like to move since the place is comfortable but I do not know if it is really worth what we paid

I want to start off by saying, The Arbors is the best of apartments. I really enjoy living here. Also, I can honestly say Chaquita the Leasing lady in the office at the front desk is the most wonderful, well-mannered person I've meet at you guys' property. Every time I need something done; she makes sure it gets done. She's always uplifting and easy to talk to. I pray you guys keep her around! Thank you for everything!

Since becoming a resident here, I am pleasantly astonished at the courtesy, respect and professionalism of the staff here. Chaquita, Lamar and A'donte have been on their jobs since day one. Talking about the A-Z TEAM!!! I am quite impressed with these three individuals, with whom I have had the distinct pleasure of meeting. As I stated earlier, they work great together as a team as well as boasting their own individual styles and talents. I would also like to mention that they possess and utilize excellent communicative skills in which I believe is most definitely required in any relationship.
