Important information: Community located directly under an intensive training airfield, you’ll get constant daytime (8am to 7pm) noise pollution from low altitude small aircraft performing overhead maneuvers. The main contributing airports are Upland, Chino, La Verne, Riverside…they leave their quiet neighborhoods and come to North Fontana to train without any regards to Fontana residents. The main builder Lennnar denies this even though it’s documented with the FAA, they stated one should expect “some” aircraft noise. A flight training field was not disclosed to buyers. If you like daytime peace, sleep during the day or work nights, or have small children who nap during the day…stay away. Other than this major detail, it’s a good place. Beautiful but absolutely NO yard! If you have a medium to large dig, this place is not for you.
