We have lived in our Tri Pointe home for three years now, and unfortunately our experience has been extremely disappointing. For a brand-new home, the amount of ongoing repairs has been shocking — and many issues keep happening repeatedly because they were never truly fixed the first time. What has made this even more frustrating is the declining level of customer care. In the beginning, the warranty team was willing to help, but after the repairs kept recurring, they became noticeably impatient and unwilling to look deeper into the root causes. We’ve seen many model homes in the last year and Sienna and Goldenrod by Tri Pointe didn’t disappoint us. The model homes were clean and very well organized. We were able to do self guided tours with no problems and no pressure. The staff at the office was nice and informative. All models are different. Great place to start a foundation with your family.
