DO NOT RENT HERE. This complex is now called Orchard Flats. Trust me, you do not want to deal with the nightmare of living here.
Tawny I've been at this complex for 2/3 yrs now. Ive had similar situations also. We do not bother nobody. But all in all it's a quiet neighborhood. Not a bad place to live. 🙂
I have been living here for not even a year they and that neighbor above me does nothing but call cops and complain to the point we have almost gotten kicked out.
