100% recommend. I had a great experience with this home inspection company. The inspector, Chad, was thorough, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain findings in plain language and answered all of my questions without rushing. The report was delivered promptly and was well-organized, with clear photos and actionable recommendations. As a homebuyer, especially with new construction, this gave me confidence going into the next steps. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a reliable and detailed home inspection.

Chad made the inspection process easy! He handled radon testing, sewer inspection, roof inspection and full home inspection. He went over high priority issues in person and gave us a summary report as well as a very detailed report with photos and clear actions we would need to take to resolve issues. Great experience overall.

We had the Comprehensive Residential Home Inspection and Termite inspection for the house we were in process of purchase cause Termite Inspection was required for the type of loan we choose. 100% satisfied of the work the inspector Chad did and the report that was submitted afterwards. So kind and professional, very helpful and informative to a new home owner like us. I will highly recommend, and in the future if anything comes up that we need to do an inspection, I'm sure The Safe Investment Home Inspections is where we will be going for !

This review is about the service integrity and communication but most importantly the PRINCIPLE of how this situation was handled. DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you’re looking for customer service and integrity, look elsewhere! Experienced unprofessional and poor customer service from the OWNER of the company. Called to discuss concerns with home inspection I received and the owner completely dismissed my points and was disrespectful. A home inspection is a serious matter, you would think someone who does this for a living would take their craft seriously.
