The Apartments at Hallstead Reserve

We absolutely love this apartment complex. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and feels very safe. The property manager, Bernard, is amazing he’s truly the best! He’s always approachable, responsive, and easy to talk to whenever we need anything. It really makes a huge difference knowing management genuinely cares about the residents. We’re very happy living here and highly recommend this place.:)

I just cannot be thankful enough for the Leasing agent Ricky that helped me get my parents to be happy moving here! He showed the unit kept me assured they would like the unit and just did the besat he could. Cant be more thankful more should be like him. Rick if you see this you are the best thank you!!!!

i will start off by saying, overall 10/10. i was in a situation where i was trying to get into quick and fast. with the help of leasing consultant makenna, she definitely made that happen for me. all questions, concerns, and help i needed she was there with answers. for it being my first time applying and going thru apartment process she made it easy. to also add, the place is beautiful. front office area was very well cleaned, smelled good, and they were very welcoming when i entered. i definitely recommend. 🤗

****** Please see my comment at the end, which I added after viewing the response of the regional manager, S Sullivan. I believe Hallstead Reserve in Suffolk totally ripped me off! Don't let the "NICE" apartment manager fool you. I think they're complete crooks! Beware ... please look at all the negative reviews .... I'm not the only one. I didn't do a walk through, so that part was my fault, but the apartment, in my opinion and my friend's opinions, was a mess. I couldn't even take a shower! I remember the regional manager (S Sullivan who responded) saying that if I couldn't take a shower, I could have taken a bath! Oh, how nice. In my opinion, the place was still not move-in ready even after a week. I found another apartment in a different complex. I remember that the "NICE" apartment

I scheduled a tour and it did not go well. I was looking forward to seeing a specific layout but the staff told me its not available at the moment and will be open in 2 weeks, which was no problem for me. However, she did not even bother to have me look at other layouts that are available (I was looking for a 2 bed layout). She showed me the show room with the 1 bedroom and just left me there to look on my own. With that first impression of not having enough care to tour your potential residents properly, how much more if you need a maintenance or other inquiries in your home?
