I lived in the Randell townhomes for four years, to make this short and to the point, we have never caused any issues, have been very good tenants and paid our rent on time every single month. We have grown to love our neighbors and share our baked goods with them, the type of neighbor you could borrow eggs from or a cup of sugar if needed. My three kids became friends with the other children in the neighborhood and we made our home cozy and our own. Our den flooded, leaving tons of mold behind the walls and throughout the molding. I pushed for a mold remediation specialist to come in, and they refused, with maintenance saying killz spray should do the trick. Knowing there’s wet walls and mites pouring out of the walls. The Westgate Apartment Group in Indiana, PA (part of the Apartment Gallery) is amazing! I’ve read some negative reviews, but I don’t have one of those. It’s a top notch apartment, with affordable rent (which is a rarity these days). The office staff members are phenomenal and extremely helpful, as is the maintenance staff with their very quick response times. My neighbors are wonderful, as well. I’m truly loving my new home here and feeling very blessed to be a part of this community.

I don't understand the negative reviews. I have been here almost 5 years now. Since they took over here at Cloister Gardens they have made a lot of updates and changes. If you have an issue, the maintenance crew is right on top of things. Today 1/26/26 the back door was a bit frozen and snow and ice covered, within 1 hour of putting a maintenance request in they had the snow shoveled off of the back sidewalk area. The old owners would not even touch the snow until the storm was totally over even if you called and talked directly to the old manager PETER himself they would refuse to do anything with the snow until the storm was over.

Worst Apartments to Rent in my 20+ years of renting. Outdated appliances, kitchen, and bathrooms. Cheap, low pile, ugly brown speckled carpet that isn’t new (they don’t replace), wood veneer stickers over holes in doors, wall AC that barely cools the first floor (no ac upstairs). Outrageous prices for rentals!! (My mortgage and taxes are less on my house that’s twice the size of the apartment and I have my own yard). Every year rent is increased $80+ if you chose a yearly renewal, anything less than a year - you are penalized up to $200+ additional monthly. No utilities, sewer or trash included. After move out we made sure everything was perfect and clean, even shampooed every carpet, looked brand new. They still charged us $185 to clean the carpets!!!! Total crooks. Pay close attent

Why do bathrooms at North hills have old toilets. My husband can't even use her broom cause it's so low and he's a big man with mobility issues. Camelot has normal newer toilets. Fix up the North hills ones. For what they say for a one bedroom let's get new toilets
