The Amberjack

Very clean, I love this. It’s very well taken care of. The management is very kind as well. Overall, a great experience! Only downside that will result in our moving out will be the trash prices. It’s very high. They’ve changed trash companies in an effort to fix the issue, but there are still high trash prices due to random people dropping off house hold items like furniture at our dumpster. It’s unfortunate. We’ve also gotten our locked up bike stolen and a bike tire stolen, so don’t leave anything in the complex. There are no cameras to discourage theft. Multiple neighbors here have also experienced theft unfortunately. It’s a nice apartment, no bug issues, very clean, nice residents, appliances maintained. However, you should expect unusually high trash prices.

My bf and I have been a resident at the amberjack apartments for 3 years. The complex is quiet, clean and well maintained. Everyone and their pets are friendly! The location is perfect being in the center of Adams and having easy access to freeways. Shops and restaurants are walking distance.

Neighborhood is very walkable. Complex has gone through major refurbishments. Units have washer/dryers in the units. Some have parking. Complex is usually quiet despite proximity to Adams Ave.

Love the location and the quiet neighborhood and still being close to the businesses and restaurants right off of Adams! Staff is amazing and easy to work with.
