100% recommend! Great location, clean, brand new, amazing gym, pool, roof top - I loved everything about this place. Never had an issue with roaches, anything needed to be fixed would be fixed asap. Amazing team and fair prices.

Pretty solid area, definitely secluded very private drive up to the court yard, very open nice view off to the side

I applied to live at The Alto and although my credit wasn’t quite up to snuff and I was unable to move in, Jean is the most amazing assistant property manager! She was so sweet through the entire process and gave me all my options , I wish I was able to live there because I know for a fact she would take care of not only myself but show the same compassion to all the residents ! The property is sooooo beautiful and perhaps I will have the good fortune of living there someday in the future! Anyone thinking about moving in who is approved should NOT hesitate! I had such an amazing experience living at The Alto! Jean- the sweet girl at the front desk was so incredibly helpful to me throughout move in, and all of my stay. I genuinely have zero complaints!! 10/10 recommend.

I Absolutely LOVE it here. Worth every penny! I Have an amazing View of downtown Cincinnati, a Secured Garage. Theres 2 Rooftops Both VERY breath taking! Super Dog Friendly & a Considerable Distance from Everything. Leasing staff is also very Friendly & Often hosting small Community Get togethers courtesy of the staff. Dont Walk—RUN!
