First review was deleted 🤷‍♀️ I’ve lived here for several years, and I have to say that Sonny is hands-down the best maintenance person we’ve ever had. I recently had some plumbing issues, and while others usually rush through the job, Sonny took his time to do it right. He even went above and beyond by cleaning the area and my sink when he was finished! He is incredibly kind and professional. It’s such a relief to have someone who doesn’t just 'rush in and rush out,' but actually cares about the quality of his work." I have been living at The Allure for several months now and the experience has been amazing so far. I had originally moved from across town because of my job so I was scrambling to find an apartment during the brutal summer months. The leasing staff here was so welcoming and offered me water right when I walked through the door. The tour went great and I loved the apartment finishes. I submitted my application the same day and moved in 2 weeks later.

truly disappointed with the new management here. I guess they changed managers sometime in January. My lease was up in January, and I was told by the previous management that the rent until I moved was going to be 200.00 more a month. I had received that in an email. I don't know what happened to the email, but when I went into the office to confirm my February's rent, they tell me that the rent for my apartment was 2450 as opposed to 1700 plus. Their excuse for not honoring was that if they did it for me, they would have to do it for everyone. They made me feel like I was lying. Before I moved out, someone moved next door to me, and they said that they moved from apartment to the apartment next door to me because their lease had lapsed too and they got charged the 200 plus. I decided to go to the pool today, I went in the morning to check that it was open and a nice girl was cleaning the restroom. I told her I was glad that they hired someone to do it because it is always dirty and she said that she didn’t work here, her and her family wanted to use the pool and she didn’t want to use a dirty restroom so she was cleaning it out of her own heart. An hour later I go to the pool all dressed and there there is a maintenance guy closing and locking every door. When I asked him what was wrong with the pool he said that no one had rented it today so he locked it. I told him that I didn’t need to rent it as I was a resident and the pool comes in the package. I wanted to mention how much of a difference Veronica (Manager), and Vallerie (Assistant Manager) have made to these apartments. I have been here for a little over 3 years and they have made significant changes to improve the property. They started off by replacing the old and often times not working lights around the property making for a much safer place to live. This is something I spoke to the old management about but nothing ever got done. They also have patched the roads that had potholes for over a year without ever getting fixed. All the buildings got the roof shingles replaced, a fresh coat of paint and some even got new fences (work in progress). Besides the property they have been very helpful to the residents when it comes to paying our rent. When the old management left ther
