My wife and I hired Alex after researching several brokers trying to sell out Weston home under construction. At the time the market was very hot due to covid aftermath. In one of our several conversations Alex mentioned how the exclusive Southwest Ranches community Akai was almost fully sold out. Today its almost 2026 and we were looking again to build and contacted Akai. As of last Sunday 11/23/25 out of 16 lots one is lived in, 2 other homes are under construction, one empty piece of land is under contract and everything else (12 lots) are still for sale. And our home Weston- zero potential clients were brought forward. Gives a good sales pitch but without any results. Zero starts is not an option so I gave one star

He made such a great impression on me, from his personality to the cafecito messages about the happenings in miami and was excited to work with him again.
