If you're ever thinking about relocating to Savannah GA, please make Alcove Townhomes your home. The property Manager Amari Reese is A1! It doesn't matter what time of morning, day or night, she will answer. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

I have enjoyed my experience living here. The property manager is very kind, respectful, and understanding. I recommend this complex to anyone. I have been in the complex a few years but we've never had a property manager like we have now.

Only thing good about Alcove is Brittany other than that the place is horrible,I wouldn’t wish that type of living on NOONE at all..I moved out there Feb 7th of this year walked in with no A/C no closet door,room doors barely closed, Stairs feel like your walking on rocks outside ,upstairs feels the floor in stinking in,my tub was horrible couldn’t take a bath etc cause it leaks downstairs..every Stink in the house was leaking half of the plugs hanging loose or they didn’t work Didn’t have a kitchen light for a month due to electricity issues none the plugs worked ,I was told they needed to order a fuse box and a tub if it fixed there budget 😩🤦🏽‍♀️2000 for some that should be 425 is crazy..you flush the toilet the poop goes through the shower 😭😭😭You flush the upstairs toilet it comes throu

I've been thoroughly enjoying my stay at The Alcove Townhomes! The complementary services and amenities have been a wonderful bonus, making my living experience even more convenient and comfortable. The rent is very reasonable, which is a huge plus. But what really sets this place apart is the friendly community. From the staff to the neighbors, everyone has been so welcoming and supportive. I'm so glad I chose to make The Alcove Townhomes my home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and friendly place to live.
