The Alcove Apartments

My review is less of the apartment complex and more about the lovely lady at the front who helps with everything. When I came into view an apartment it was Rebecca at the front resident center that assisted me, gave me all the information and guided me through everything I needed. When I applied for the apartment it was also Rebecca who walked me through. When I got approved it was her who sent the email and told me of all the steps and easiest way to accomplish them. Upon moving in I had some issues and once again it was her who assisted me again. I’ve only been in the apartment for a few weeks but I have seen and been taken care of by Rebecca almost ten times now. What a valuable employee that makes me feel seen and taken care of. Cheers to her timeliness, kindness, and professionalism.

The laundry room hasn’t been working properly with warm water or hot water since I moved here yet we’re charged for the amenities and I’m not the only one who said this, but I am gonna be the only one that leaves a review. Really every complaint you have to leave a review or complain on social media or else it won’t get addressed. every time I go to the laundry room somebody else is saying it on top of that other people leave their laundry overnight if not that half the machines don’t work. Your better off going down the street and actually get what your paying for

I would give them zero soft stars, but I have to give them one. Do not I mean do not move this apartment complex unless you want your house to flood And they don’t reimburse you for it mold in the house, literally almost KILLED ME They gave me mold blister when I told the maintenance man they said it’s not With this even more dangerous, I also had water in my light, which is a fire hazard that can cause electrical fire that could’ve killed me as well. Do not move here unless you are ready for risk your life and die also, I emailed them and they never responded and I emailed them not once but twice

Please do not move into the alcove. Please do not move into the alcove very bad mold problem. I literally have mold, blisters the maintenance man said that wasn’t mold, which is crazy also flood happened so bad it could’ve started electrical fire. All that water in that light is literally insane and they didn’t give me no money back for it when I emailed them they ignored my email. I literally will have to sue them at this point. Please do not do not.

Demetrius - I hope I spelled his name correctly* … is an OUTSTANDING PERFORMER, very attentive to detail. He by far gives you the best maintenance experience and is very knowledgeable about what he’s doing! I’ve recently moved to The Alcove & had minor issues that needed to be fixed such as the bathroom vent, furnace, patio blinds, kitchen sink & a few other minor things. He handled everything swiftly and was very professional & took pride in his work. However, an unexpected event occurred where there was a leak from upstairs coming into my bedroom & he fixed it on the spot without a hassle whatsoever. Lastly, he had to complete setting up the dryer installation & due to it being the weekend he asked me what time works best for me so he can finish the job, I said Monday 9am & sure enough
