Best apartments you're going to find in the Altamonte/Longwood area. Reasonably priced, great staff and a beautiful campus. I had a year lease here and honestly have no complaints. There were no pests, no loud neighbors, and the community felt generally safe. As for the amenities, the gym is well equipped with brand new machines, a beautiful pool and a convenient tech lounge. As for the staff, Tegan, Michelle, Natalie and Mauricio were a pleasure to deal with throughout my stay. Thank you all!

We lived at this property from October 2023 to October 2025, and our experience was consistently disappointing. Immediate & ongoing pest issues: Fruit flies were present on day one, before we even had groceries. The dumpster was heavily infested, causing flies to spread throughout the property. Ants appeared within months, silverfish were present for the entire two years (including in our belongings and through floor cracks), and eventually cockroaches. Garbage management & filthy property: The dumpster area is constantly overflowing, with trash, cardboard, and large items piled outside. Trash left in hallways is common. A neighbor leaked garbage fluid in front of our door, which remained for two months before being cleaned. The elevators, hallways, and stairwells were filthy. The stairw

Tegan is the nicest!She provides an exceptional costumer service during the entire process of finding my new home to live! For sure I can call this place my future HOME!!!!

The staff at AddisonLongwood apartments, Michelle, Tegan, Natalie, Moricio and Jose have taken the best care of me! Questions and issues were taken care in a timely manner. The only reason I am not renewing my lease is because I am relocating to California. I highly recommend Addison Longwood Apartments if you are looking for a new home!
