The Abernathy Apartments

My experience here has been amazing, I moved in the end of January 2026. The Neighborhood is quite, its clean, the apartment is spacious clean no roaches everything is new and renovated. I worked with Kathleen and she was amazing the entire application process was a breeze. She was very upfront with everything. I enjoy living here I really do feel safe and comfortable in my new home. The neighborhood is well lit at night time so if you get off or home late and it’s dark you have no worries. There are NO bystanders either. I can’t express how much I love living here. Thank you all again for such a great experience.

I absolutely love living here. The sense of community in this apartment complex is unmatched. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and it genuinely feels like home. The management team is amazing. They’re professional, responsive, and actually care about the residents. Any questions or maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which makes a huge difference. You can tell they take pride in keeping the property well-maintained and making sure everyone is comfortable. Overall, this is a great place to live, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a positive, well-managed community.

Moving in was so simple and stress free with the help of Miss.Kathleen. She was so attentive, answered all my questions and kept in constant contact with me about the steps of the leasing process and afterwards my move in. I am so happy to be a new resident and even more grateful of how easy she made this process.

The property is currently being reconstructed, but everything appears to be in order, including the washroom. It feels like home during the tour. Kathleen provides an honest perspective about the property. The surroundings are quiet, and work is underway on the pool, creating a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
