Customer Reviews
I’ve had a great experience at The Aberdeen, largely because of the onsite team. Jackie, the Property Manager, is professional, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. Josh in Maintenance is always quick to address service requests and communicates clearly throughout the process, and Todd does an excellent job ensuring apartments are move-in ready. The staff’s dedication, transparency, and customer service really make a difference and show their commitment to making The Aberdeen a great place to live. I appreciate the effort and would recommend this community to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares.
DO NOT MOVE HERE — Management Does Not Care About You My boyfriend and I moved in shortly after Pegasus took over, and our experience was horrible. It took them over a month just to approve our application, which should’ve been a red flag, but we moved in anyway. During the eight months we lived there, our hot water would randomly shut off, the AC/heat failed multiple times, and maintenance requests took weeks to months before anyone bothered to show up — and even then, the “fixes” were temporary. In March, a pipe burst at 1 AM, flooding nearly every townhouse. Our carpet was soaked. It took an hour for anyone to arrive, and instead of replacing anything, they just swapped the padding, shampooed the old carpet, set out fans, and left us with damaged doors they literally sawed down to mak
Living at The Aberdeen Apartments has been a nightmare that borders on unsafe. Since August, our unit has had persistent leaks, mold, and severe HVAC issues that are never truly fixed. Management slaps on temporary “solutions,” then disappears until the next failure, which is constant. What makes this situation unacceptable is that the entire townhouse side did not have heat at all until December 22, and even now, it still does not work properly. This wasn’t an isolated unit issue. This was an entire section of the property left without reliable heat for months. Now, during a major snowstorm with temperatures at 0 degrees, we currently have no heat. This is not a comfort issue, it is a health and safety emergency. When I called maintenance to ask if there was another unit we could tempor
To start out with the good this place has got a lot of charm and it's in a great location. Staff seems to be decent at communicating with tenants and fulfilling maintenance requests. Unfortunately if you're staying in the high rise and you are reliant upon the laundry room there are regularly machines out of order. The "gym" has a couple of treadmills and an almost empty weight rack. The air conditioning regularly goes out in the middle of the summer and as of right now it's 30 degrees outside and there has been no heat this season. Neither of the elevators have been consistently functional since I moved in over a year ago. Some of this I anticipated when moving into a building that is about 100 years old but It's definitely worth considering if you're willing to compromise comfort and con
Omgracious, I love love the whole vibe! Jackie is amazing, maintenance addressed my questions and I feel like The Aberdeen is so different than anywhere I could ever live. Thank you, for all the conversations and time that it took to get us here.... absolutely loving it!
