The Abbey at Preserve Way

I have enjoyed living at this apartment, at least until the new management came in. Other reviews go into more detail about the miscommunication, poor planning, poor follow up in maintenance requests, bug issues, etc... My five star review is wholly due to one employee, Ms. Dani. Despite the fact that the new management seems to desire a new roster of tenants, Ms. Dani has been doing whatever is in her power to help. I appreciate all the effort that she puts in and wish that the rest of the team had half the empathy and gumption that this young lady has.

This is the cleanest property I’ve ever lived in. The staff is amazing, very responsive, professional, and diligent. Also, the pool is amazing. Again, the cleanliness, is phenomenal. Maintenance requests are responded to within 24 hours. I lived here for a little over 2 years and I wish I never moved out.

This place was bought out by Abbey and they are terrible to the point where a slumlord would be better. They changed the locks which don’t work barely at all. They are illegally extorting the residents for more deposits of money for our lease even tho I have a legally binding contract that is already been deposited on. Place used to be owned by Francis but Abbey is always been a bad company. They care about money and not about service. It’s sad honesty, been here for almost 9 years and this will probably be my last. Don’t listen to those automated “Ai” response. They aren’t handling NOTHING

We absolutely LOVE living at The Preserve! The apartments are so classic and homey. The grounds and landscaping are gorgeous, and the amenities are wonderful. You have to see the pool area! The staff is kind and always very helpful. We have no complaints! If you are looking for an apartment, I highly recommend making The Preserve your home!

The Change of ownership has been a very difficult transition for long time residents. Still waiting for things to work out, but definitely not seeing it yet. Higher rent, ore charges, less maintenance, not the high end property it used to be. Crossing fingers for it to be "better" as it was publicized.
