I want to be fair, during my first two years living here, management was actually great. Anthony in particular was always helpful, easy to reach, and made sure concerns were communicated and handled in a timely manner with just a simple phone call. Unfortunately, things changed later on. Even renewing my lease became difficult, requiring multiple follow ups just to receive the renewal documents. That lack of organization carried over into more serious issues. I dealt with ongoing plumbing problems where hot water was continuously running for weeks despite multiple maintenance requests. Because the hot water was constantly running, I often had to take cold showers just to avoid worsening the issue. The problem wasn’t properly fixed for a long time and even reoccurred when I moved out. As a

I would not recommend living here. Our AC broke down at the beginning of June, and it took over a week just to receive a temporary unit, which only cooled the bedroom. It then took a full month for the AC to be permanently fixed.During this time, I repeatedly contacted the office for updates and was given the same response every time: that many residents were experiencing similar issues and that they were “doing the best they could.” Waiting a month for AC repairs during a Texas summer is unacceptable. I also attempted to contact the property manager directly but received no further response after my second email. There was no communication from management until the end of our lease, when we brought the issue up again. In addition to the AC problems, the units are outdated. No matter how c

I had an okay experience living here and I was going to leave a 3-4 star review but what happened when I gave them my keys because I moved out was absurd. They charged me $500 because there was a “major” stain in the carpet. That stain can be removed with deep cleaning. I called when I saw the charge and they said they needed to replace the whole carpet. Feels like an excuse to put a new carpet in the unit out of my money. I requested a deep clean in the carpet a while ago because when I recently moved to the unit I was sleeping on the floor because my previous unit burned. They made the process so hard and annoying I just decided to sleep in the dirty carpet while I saved to buy a new mattress. This unit was the second one I lived at Abbey at Medical because the first unit where I moved

I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The management team is very friendly, easy to talk to, and does a great job keeping up with residents’ needs even with how busy they are. When I first moved in, I had a few concerns, including an outdated dishwasher and a light fixture that wasn’t as expected. Both were replaced quickly, and I really appreciated how seriously they took those requests even though they weren’t emergency’s. The maintenance team also deserves recognition , they respond promptly and make sure issues are taken care of as soon as possible. Overall, I feel well taken care of here and appreciate the effort the staff puts into the community. They even host resident events for majority of holidays, It’s been a very positive place to live.

I've only been living here for a few days and it's pretty nice. Very quiet community. Leasing wasn’t as much as a pain and staff was very nice. Alexandra was great with touring and communication. Hoping for a good year here. :)
