The Abbey at Dominion Crossing

I have lived at the Abbey at Dominion Crossing for nearly six years. The management staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew is excellent. Service requests are promptly addressed and problems are quickly resolved. The grounds are well kept. The hallways are clean. The parking garage is as clean as the residents allow, and it keeps my car out of the sun and rain. I love that. I have never had a problem with neighbors for noise, late hours, or loud TV. The management staff tries to build community with occasional group events and festivities. Good staff, good neighbors. Thank you.

This complex is truly the best! A huge thank you to Maria for all her incredible help in securing my new unit. She answered every question I had with patience and clarity, and it feels so reassuring to know there’s someone as wonderful as her to take away any worries. I also want to thank Olga for always being such a great help whenever I have questions, your support never goes unnoticed! And if you’ve been looking for a sign to apply, this is it! I want to give Shout Out to maintenance for their excellent work and promptness. I had 6 or7 different requests for service,didn't expect maintenance to fulfill in one day much less minutes. We have just signed our second lease here, community is great! We enjoy pool and community fun, we naturally have or when the our great staff puts on events! The maintenance team is also top notch always on top of request. The front office people are some of the best we have worked with Olga the manager is Amazing! She works hard to make us feel heard and well taken care of. Maria is always a friendly helpful face! They are prompt and communicative with issue on the property, We understand no place will be perfect all the time but the staff truly make this a great place to live. As long as we live in SATX we hope to call this place home.

I moved out a few months ago, but I’m reviewing now that I’ve settled and am unbiased by anything else. Good: This place is actually pretty great! The leasing team are stellar and are very up front and consistent with any happenings in the community. The application process was made fairly easy by an employee who know longer works there, but it’s clear by the rest of the team that the training and customer service experience is put at the forefront. The maintenance team also deserves a big shoutout. Work orders were always addressed within 24 hours, and we were made aware of any updates that may take longer. The units are also really solid, I find myself comparing a lot of places to The Abbey, and The Abbey usually wins. The gym is bar far one of my favorites in any complex. Has everythin
