The Abali

I stayed here for 2 years we was getting pest control then it just stopped found out they owed money to the pest control so that's why they stopped going to the properties it's so many leaks water just bust out of nowhere all through the floors, the roaches are just falling in your cooking food from the ceiling I've had bats living in my apartment and a rat appeared out of nowhere. This place look clean on the outside but the lady that owns it she doesn't pay her bills she to busy getting surgeries they be months behind on they water, and the water smells so bad mind you, you are taking a bath in it and using it to cook it's very disgusting the water smells like rotting eggs for months it never goes away, they want fix it they want community with you after u sign the lease they start treat

Since Manuel started working at the Abali, there has been a noticeable improvement in both the property and overall resident experience. Requests and questions are handled much more efficiently, and the common areas are cleaner and better maintained. Manuel is always professional, responsive, and dedicated to making sure everything runs smoothly. Any concerns we’ve had have been addressed promptly. It’s clear that Manuel takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the well-being of the residents. His hard work has made a huge difference, and we truly appreciate his efforts. Highly recommend and grateful for the improvements under his care!

Would give it a zero rate if I could. A freind of mine who is disabled and wheelchair bound was placed on the 2nd floor. The elevator is broken there often posing a safety hazard in case of a fire. His AC has been out over 2 weeks and they have not fixed it. They gave him a window unit to use but the inside of his apartment was 86 degrees last week when I visited him. The place is extremely dirty on the outside through the halls it reeks of feces urine and old trash piled outside residents doors. .. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy especially a diabetic blind one. So if they read this comment I suggest they repair his ac before his case manager does a complaint for him to Austin Tenant's Council.....

I've made every effort to be patient while some issues were addressed, but it's all been to no avail, so here I am. One of the main reasons I chose Abali was because of the "no pet" (except Service/Emotional Support) policy. Yet, my neighbors' very young puppy uses the restroom at/around my door several times a week. In fairness to my neighbor, she cleans it up, but there's still remnants left behind. I signed my lease in October and asked for screens to be put on my windows, I submitted a Maintenance Order as a reminder, yet the screens STILL have NOT been installed. The people who live in the unit in front of me, set out bags of leaky trash DAYS in advance, and now the walkway is stained with food/other residue that is sure to attract roaches, ants, racoons, etc. Yesterday, I stopped
