The 89 on Hayden Apartments

I love living at the 89! It's a lovely community and I especially like the fact that it's only 2 buildings- I appreciate the cozy vibe. My neighbors are wonderful, and the overall atmosphere is very chill and welcoming. Big shout out to Marcus, the property maintenance man!! I'm very impressed with how clean and tidy everything is week after week, and I've noticed that he's always quick to address repair issues. I can easily say that he's the most efficient and hard working maintenance man I've ever encountered in my many years of apartment living. I'm in no rush to leave here!! 😊👍

I’ve been really impressed with The 89 on Hayden and what it has to offer for current or future residents of the Scottsdale, AZ area. The property is beautiful and very well-kept — everything looks fresh and clean, all the way down to the carpet and vinyl plank flooring throughout the apartments which looked flawless (no scratches, stains, or wear). The layouts are smart and easy to navigate, and it’s clear the place is well maintained. The community itself is in a great Scottsdale location — safe, charming, and convenient. The 89 on Hayden is a beautiful complex and felt so comfortable and safe. I first Gary, P.B. Bell Property Management employee who was friendly and informative. He sent Fernando, the Community Manager, a text to reschedule my tour. Since I was researching apartments after closing hours, AI from P.B. Bell scheduled me, not Fernando. I returned at my scheduled time to meet and tour with Fernando. The apartments are clean, washers/dryer in every unit, and many spaces for covered parking. Fernando was so very friendly, charming, and very much a people person. He certainly has found his purpose in life as the manager of The 89 on Hayden apartments in this complex. I have lived in this apartment complex for two years now and I have zero complaints. Maintenance is quick, anything I have ever needed they always follow through quickly and all of the staff is amazing. It is very well kept and I always feel safe. Fernando is so awesome and has gone out of his way multiple times for me and my family!

Moved into the 89 on Hayden almost three months ago now and I absolutely love it here! The community is clean and they are always up-keeping it which I appreciate! I enjoy a small community which this is. Apartment is so cozy. Very safe area, I have not felt unsafe at all. Fernando, the community manager was great to work with up moving in. Extremely nice and answered all my questions. I’ve seen him a few times around the community and he’s always asking if everything is good with my apartment. Maintenance has been very quick fixing stuff when I needed! Upon moving there was two minor things I needed and he was fast and efficient and got it done! I plan on staying here for awhile :)
