Miss Marla , Is a complete angel she has been there the whole process of me moving in and getting situated in my new apartment. I am currently A tenant And she accommodates all my knees and concerns. She is the sweetest person and I am glad to have her as a landlord. I highly recommend she works with you and very patient and very understanding 10 out of 10.

I love my place. This place has a great community feel. I get along well with my neighbors. It is very quiet. Mr Drake and Ms Marla are great.

I have to say Ms Marlar is a rare jewel. She is caring, understanding, and very approachable. If I have a concern, she is right on top of it. The maintenance guy is my guy always. He's friendly, professional, and an all-around good guy who knows what he is doing. I've lived here almost 8 yrs, and can't see myself living anywhere else. The only concern I have is to have the wooden fence that was once around my patio put back. Because people could not walk right by my bedroom window. Where now they do, which does not sit well with me at all. Other than that, I am very happy here.

I must say the office Manager Ms. Marla, Is a very gentle and kind Lady, she's professional and knowledgeable about the property, she also went above and beyond to assist whenever there was issues, I loved my unit it was clean, comfortable and cozy. I also enjoyed my appliances. The maintenance guy is knowledgeable as well. So you get two for one at one stop lease. Overall I would most definitely consider leasing with her again, if need be. 💜 (CB).
