That One Inspector

We had a great experience working with Chase Funke for our recent inspection needs during a real estate transaction. We completed a full round of services including home inspection, radon testing, air quality testing, pest inspection, and a sewer scope. Due to the nature of real estate timelines, we had to reschedule a couple of times, and the office staff was extremely accommodating and professional throughout the process. Communication was excellent, scheduling was smooth, and everything was handled efficiently. The inspections were thorough and well-performed, and the reports were clear and helpful for our clients.

They did an amazing job writing up the home inspection details in a way that my husband and I could understand. It made writing out the proposal for what we needed fixed to buy the house much easier with photos as well.
