I am a neighbor. A Neighbor to the lady who lives in this house on 305 Hunt Dr. The person who lives here has been so sweet to us. Unfortunately, since the day she moved in, every conversation we have had has included something negative about the landlord or management company. She seems like a level-headed person who isn't looking to complain about everything, but every single time you can see the weight on her that she is trying to get out from underneath. She speaks about how lawn care and property upkeep is included in her lease. Let me tell you as the person who has to see her house everyday, the job is not being done. I do not rent from TG Sticks Management . However, one of their properties is across the street from me. The tenant that they moved in upstairs at 2420 East Genesee street is horrendous. We are constantly being woken up by the loud lady yelling on her porch (started as early as 4 and 5 am at times) and even when she is in the house we can still hear her and her kids yelling clearly outside. She has barely been here a few weeks and has had the cops here already due to domestic issues at their house and her dog barks constantly. I watched her boyfriend or companion whatever he is try to break into the house when she left after their domestic dispute he kept yelling he would kick in the door. There is constant traffic in her house and her kids are always throwing stuff off of the top porc

Lived In one of their Places and NICE people To Rent From. NEVER HAD Any issues with Them. I WOULDN'T Hesitate To live In Another Place !!! when you NEED Something DONE it GETS Done. !!! You work with them, THEY Work with you !! You Do them WRONG you GET what You PUT OUT !!! They ARE VERY WILLING To Work with you !! 👍🏼 🙂
