I 100% do not recommend tf cornerstone. These buildings are run by a confederacy of dunces. I have lived in a tf cornerstone building for more than 12 years. It is time for me to renew my lease and I am aware that we are paying $700 more per month than the apartment directly below us. Trying to have a logical and reasonable conversation with the “leasing specialist” is like trying to squeeze a conversation out of a doorknob. The agent told me the apartment one floor below us has a lower monthly rent because of their ongoing tenancy, however, I have been in this building much longer than my neighbor. Then the agent said it was because of the rate when we signed our lease renewal. But, my neighbor signed their renewal a month after we did. Again, zero logic. And, instead of any actual progr

Living in a TF Cornerstone building has been the worst quality of life I’ve ever had, despite paying the highest rent of my life. There is constant noise—barking dogs, nonstop construction, and loud concrete drilling during apartment renovations with no advance notice. I’ve had multiple work calls ruined because drilling suddenly started right above me. Management is useless. Leo dismisses every concern, Ross does nothing, and there are no policies to address excessive dog barking or ongoing disturbances. A fire on my floor forced me to leave my apartment for the night because of the intense smoke smell. TF Cornerstone refused to pay for a hotel and didn’t even notify the building—just sent a vague message saying oxygen levels were “fine,” despite the clear safety issue. For the price,

I have never experienced such prolonged incompetence and disregard from a property management company. A package of mine was delivered to my building and signed for by TF Cornerstone staff. The package was then lost while in the building’s custody. What should have been a simple, routine reimbursement turned into over two months of delays, broken promises, missed deadlines, unanswered emails, and unreturned phone calls. I was repeatedly told the reimbursement was “being processed,” that a check was “already issued,” then that there was an “internal error,” then that it would arrive by a certain date. Every one of those representations turned out to be false. I sent over fifteen follow-up emails, provided my mailing address when requested, and still received nothing. This was not a dispu

I have loved the TFC building I have lived in for almost 2 years now but when having to deal with the management- it is a disaster. Extremely unprofessional and unwilling to work with the tenants. Be careful that leases are VERY favorable to the management company and they will not work with you under any circumstances. I have lived in NYC for 9 years and this was by far the worst management. A shame, because the building is great.

This is a very CHEAP and fraudulent real estate company. Last week, there were very cold nights and the temperature in the apartment was low (around 63F). I wanted to turn the heater on, but it didn’t work, and I thought it had broken. The handyman checked it and changed the filter, but when I tried to turn it on, the vent wasn’t heating at all. I contacted them again and I was told that the heater won't turn on unless the outside temperature is below 55F, regardless of the temperature inside the apartment. I have small children living in the apartment who these days have runny noses and coughs. They are shaking when I have to take them out of the bathtub.
