Went to look at 2 homes. 1 was great for its age butalmost all the door openings were 1970 small. 1st house had obviously NOT been inspected by anyone and should have had a sign saying. " prospective buyer beware and prepared to spend a large sum on repairs" being an x builder and 40 yr Carpenter I notice things.

I would not recommend this realtor group. I signed with them. For a month and a half they have had my house and did not show it once. I asked what was going on. I was told that they have had a lot of calls but no one wanted to see it because of the price. The price is clearly posted. If the weren’t interested why call. If you are a good sales person you get them to see the home in person so they can see themselves living in it.

Everything was great other than closing experience.
