I ended up having to move out-of-state for a job before my home sold, so I was very nervous about having to do everything long distance. Thankfully, the experience has gone well! Tess always keeps me updated and is very fast to respond. She is very professional, but honest and friendly when I have questions. She even brought my pups some goodies :)
