If I could give a zero I would. The manger will say I’m slandering them she doesn’t take accountability for her units. Told me I get one unit then she said that was rented and also said she had another one rented I went and looked at it with my daughter and there were cockroaches in there came to her and told her and she said oh they don’t come out during the day only at night and I do have text messages of her saying this. Told me that I could not afford the place when she neglected to look at the whole application that I put down. She got very nasty with me when I was holding her accountable. We even called the cleaning lady and she said she did a deep clean on it and completely lied with that. Also had about five people come up to me and say that she’s shady as hell doesn’t do anything

Me and my roommate called multiple times and came twice during office hours, but there was nobody to talk to and no sign saying how to get a hold of the landlord. A tenant happened to know which apartment she was living in and we finally decided to knock on the door. She came out and seemed to be tipsy, she told us we had to be a minimum of 25 to live there which was not listed on any website or listing and I know people living there who are younger than 25. She then told us that we should try garden walk low income apartments because they would definitely take us and we probably didnt make enough to live there. She did not know us and she knew nothing about us. That woman is lazy.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. This place is nothing but a scam. Two months in after begging for a lease and we never received one. Michelle went back and forth telling us we needed one and that we’d be fine without one. The biggest issue is the drama. If she doesn’t like you, she makes it known. As little as adding small fees to your rent to banning you from the pool (when you’re swimming during pool hours). Speaking of rent, she will take your rent money with a smile on her face, but not add it to your account. So before you know it, you’re looking at thousands of dollars in late fees and extra add ons. When we did decide to move out (because again, we never received a lease) she called my workplace claiming false accusations against me resulting in me having to file a police

I have lived here for 6 months! I absolutely love it. I love the people that are managing it and running it. They go above and beyond to make sure that everything is taken care of. Very clean property the pool is always nice and clean. The gym is nice and clean when I have an issue with my apartment. They are always there on time to come and fix it and if they can’t fix it that day, They make sure that somebody’s out there the next day, taking care of the issue/problem. I know the lady in the office Michelle is very nice. She she’s very friendly and she goes above and beyond to help anybody out.
