Tesoro on Spain

I love the peace and quiet. My unit is beautiful inside. The property is taken care of, meaning I love the outside as well. And I am close to shopping and my job. This is my second lease.

I’ve been to Tesoro a few times over the years since my best friend has lived here and absolutely loves it, but today was the first time I came in seriously looking for myself. Honestly, I’m not sure why I didn’t start my apartment search here to begin with since I’m already so familiar with the property. More than anything, it was refreshing to experience such friendly and genuinely helpful staff something I haven’t encountered at many properties in this area lately. I especially want to shout out Joseline for making the experience so positive. She was friendly and clear let me know I’m a bit early in my search since I’m planning to move in July, instead of trying to convince me to “just lease now” like all the other places have tried but even so, she left a great impression. Please read the warnings from those who left negative reviews. The management company shows little concern for tenants, acting primarily in their own interest. I do not recommend living in this building. There are other properties in the area that provide better service. amenities,staff and pricing.

STAY AWAY from Tesoro on Spain! This place was and is a total nightmare and management will straight up gaslight you about serious health issues. I literally got sick from mold in the vents that they refused to fix. There was always a strong nasty smell coming in from the vents. and dealing with the office is a joke since Joseline is unprofessional and gives out totally wrong info just to get you to sign. I’m honestly shocked they’re getting any good reviews lately because my experience was nothing but stress. Between the gross living conditions and the staff being incredibly rude it’s definitely not worth the money or the headache! Not sure why there’s so many negative reviews but my time here has been very positive. Although there is some issues, we have to remember we’re living in an apartment complex!!! Every time I’ve had an issue I’ve spoken with Alex or joseline in the office and have never had a bad experience with either of them. Some people just may have not gotten their way and are upset which is what leads to the bad reviews. But I would highly recommend this complex!
