I want to start off by saying the leasing office staff does the bare minimum and clearly only shows up for a paycheck. I just moved into a new unit and it’s completely infested with roaches. I even found one in my bed. When I confronted the office, Evelin told me the previous neighbors had a roach problem… but the gag is THEY STILL LIVE NEXT DOOR. They never moved. Not only am I dealing with roaches, but my unit smells like cigarettes to the point where I can barely breathe with my asthma. The smoke and the roaches are literally coming through the vents from my neighbors . This is unacceptable and a serious health concern. And that’s NOT even the worst part. Living in this apartment complex for a year was one of the worst housing experiences of my life. Management is friendly and extremely responsive only until you sign the lease. Once the paperwork is done, communication completely disappears. Emails are ignored, requests go unanswered, and nothing is handled professionally. During my stay, there were at least three different managers, which clearly shows how unstable and poorly managed this property is. The living conditions are unacceptable. The apartments are infested with mosquitoes and insects. Even with daily cleaning, we constantly had mosquitoes, spiders, and other bugs inside the unit. This is not normal and not sanitary. I had a great experience working with Evelin. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. It’s not every day that you come across someone who is both efficient and personable at the same time. Evelin took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood everything clearly. She never made me feel rushed and handled everything with a positive attitude. You can tell she truly cares about doing her job well and helping people. What stood out most was how approachable and attentive she was throughout the entire process. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. If every business had an assistant manager like Evelin, customer service would be on another level. Highly recommend working with her!

I have been living at this residence for a little over a year, and I was the very first person to move into my unit. From the beginning, I experienced ongoing issues with management mishandling my rent payments. I would load money onto the resident portal to pay my rent in advance, sometimes covering two to three months at a time, only for the funds to completely disappear. On one occasion, management had to issue me a check because they acknowledged the error. This reflects extremely poor and unprofessional management practices. Additionally, the rent is unreasonably high for the area considering the level of crime that occurs exclusively on this property, Territory at Williams Way. Despite the high rent, there is NO security on the premises to control the crime, which is unacceptable.

I have lived her for a little over a year and am breaking the lease to go live somewhere else. Over the past year we have went to the office 7 times to complain about noise that constantly were happening at 3 AM every week. After many complaints and calls to the peace officer we started getting notes on our door with earplugs tapped to it and most recently advising us to stop calling the officer due to the noise or we were going to get sued. After this I did not feel safe living there anymore and they couldn’t do a common curtosey of letting us go after they have failed for months to keep these noise from happening.
