We were looking for a very specific property on the beach and Terri definitely did her research. Unlike other Realtors she NEVER showed us anything outside our specified price range. Only once we found we needed to raise the price to get what we wanted did Terri look at higher priced properties. I found that to be both professional and respectful of our wishes.
