Terri helped us with the sale of our home when it felt hopeless. We had moved out of state and it was a struggle to work on selling our home and Terri went above and beyond to make sure that we had the right sellers and the right price for our house. She went above and beyond and even put a cover on our pool when we weren’t able to be there to do so. I’ve never met a realtor who is so willing to do things for her clients to make sure that the sale was right. I am thankful she was able to help our family move onto the next step, but so we won’t be able to use her in the future due to our location. If you want to realtor her who not only cares about your home, but also cares about your family. I highly recommend using her.

Based on what I have seen, this is a person who loves the realty profession. This was my first time selling my home. Terri made herself available 24/7 to help me and was EXTREMELY patient throughout the selling process. She is very knowledgeable and has the answer to any questions that you may have. Terri did an amazing job locking us in a contract in less than 24hrs. My husband and I reached out to her 2days ago expressed our interest in an house and she scheduled a virtual tour the next day. We had to do a virtual since since we are in Connecticut relocating to South Carolina. By the end of the day we settled on an agreement. Terri Horton is amazing! She is available 24/7 by text or email and works tirelessly to help her clients achieve their goal. My husband and I were so pleased with her help in purchasing a home in 2017, she was the only agent we would consider when listing that home when he decided to sell in 2022.
