He was always there for me and my family during the hectic process of selling and buying property. Knowledgeable of processes, land, flora and fauna, and so much more. Please beware of Kat Hackworth!!! Do not let her talk you into using her home inspector. Our house passed inspection and was sold to us with the roof installed incorrectly, bad drainage, black mold in the attic, as well as many other problems with her knowing we had a child on the way. Please have any homes she sells inspected by someone you know you can trust so you do not get screwed over like we unfortunately did.

Placed a bid on 53 acres on edisto river of 99k & 150k and never got a call back. SHAMEFUL AND INCOMPETENT! Don't be fooled by this business as they don't know due diligence.

Jim and Brett took care of problems that appeared after closing. Great people.
