We toured this fabulous new home and fell in love with it immediately! Unfortunately, someone had just put a contract on it. Terre du Lac Homes, LLC uses great care in designing their homes to take advantage of every single square inch providing you as much living space as possible in each room! They use only quality building materials, insulation, top of the line appliances, heating/cooling units and fixtures throughout. When we saw the finished lower level we were blown away with such a huge room complete with walkout that would make a great entertainment area plus a surprise Safe Room secretly tucked away! My husband and I toured the new home at 118 N Capri Ridge. We absolutely loved it ! Great workmanship and much thought to details. Quality materials used and colors used and lay out of rooms was perfect. Lower level was a big bonus and safe room was a great addition. I would highly recommend this builder!!!
