The maintenance crew is horrible. The laundry facilities are a joke. Takes your money and then won’t return. Call for maintenance only for them NOT TO COME FIX THE PROBLEM. The bathroom sink smells like raw sewage. DISGUSTING 🤮

Too many homeless kids of residents there. Should be peaceful! Lawn workers are Terribly. Maintenance guy very good. Managers is lazy, and.in bad health! Need a new, more aggressive manager that pays attention to the nonsense !

This place has the worst management company I've ever come across. HRM services is just greedy and awful. I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy's... In case I'm not clear.., they suck and instead of one star I'd give them a negative -12

They take ur deposit and then let u rent a few months and then tell u to move by January so they can remodel. They will not return no phone calls. Very unprofessional.

I have live here since 2021 and since the new company took over and hired the new managers and matenice its a joke they are useless they all need to be fired the whole lot of them and a new company brought in things around here are a screwed up mess proof they don't know what they are doing I have no use for none of them they are all a joke would give no stars if I could
