Terramor Homes - Leesville Grove

I was having a townhouse built by Terramor. I gave them a $1500 deposit. I hired an independent inspector to look at their work before the drywall went up. There were numerous problems, including three severe problems: the concrete foundation, the house wrap and the roof. When I asked them to fix the problems, I was told they would. However, none of the three major issues (and other issues) were fixed properly. When I pointed this out, I was told they did not have to fix anything since I signed a contract and the contract only required that the house pass inspection. Incidentally, I was told before I signed the contract that they would fix problems that I brought to their attention as a result of any independent inspection.
