I have never had this bad of an experience anywhere else. I was moved into an apartment that was NOT inspected by management after their maintenance team was assigned to repair the unit. In property management, after a tenant leaves, the unit is placed on a hold to stop it from being rented by the associates during repair process conducted by maintenance. This never occurred here. Instead of putting a unit online that was properly serviced and rental ready. Two Coast Living desperately needed money and put me in a unit that was in a state of disarray. Paint supplies open, ready to start painting, I had to put away outside to make room to move in my stuff. The maintenance team decided to borrow items from the unit and not replace them. Don’t waste your time or your money even applying. These are “Luxury” apartments but they are liars. We were showed what a layout of our apartment was supposed to look like but instead was showed on the day of move in a completely disgusting unit. Also the non communication by the office is unprofessional and disrespectful. We were signed for the 1st of January and then told the previous tenant wouldn’t move out so we got pushed back to the 15th and had to sign a new lease. Less than 24 hours before we were supposed to move in my husband receives a call from them stating that our unit isn’t ready and needs more “treatment” due to how the previous tenant left it. I’ve had a great experience so far living at this community. The ladies in the leasing office are always friendly, professional, and quick to help resolve any issues. The manager, Shelly, is wonderful—her personal touch and the way she genuinely connects with residents is something I truly appreciate. Quincy from maintenance is also amazing; he addressed my concerns promptly and made sure everything was taken care of. For an older building, the interior of the units is surprisingly nice and spacious, which I really enjoy. With that said, a few modern updates—like ceiling lighting in the bedrooms and smart-home features would make the homes even better however they are not opposed to you adding them on your own. You should post these images on your website, given that this happens every week. Be grateful if the main trash container that serves more than 1,200 people works, and the odors it emits and the poor management of wastewater are normal for them. The breeze has taken care of where this trash ends up in the forest and on the lawn, and now it is part of the landscape. No one solves anything, no one manages anything, they just take care of your payments and charge you for services that don't work, not to mention all the dirty buildings and their hallways.

This apartment complex has repeatedly failed to respect basic tenant rights, especially when it comes to providing proper notice before entering units. There have been multiple instances of staff or maintenance entering our apartment without appropriate advance notice, despite notice being required. This ongoing lack of respect for tenant privacy is extremely concerning. Maintenance issues are handled just as poorly. After moving in, we went six months without a washer and dryer because maintenance requests were ignored or closed without anyone ever coming to the unit. Most recently, our air conditioning failed during Florida heat. On Friday, we were told maintenance would be out before 3 PM, and if not, to call back. When my wife called again around 5 PM, staff appeared concerned and p
