Artisan Living North Beach

My husband and I moved in sight unseen, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Yvonne was incredibly helpful from the application process through move-in and was very accommodating. Jennifer was also very helpful when keys were picked up. The customer service has been outstanding. The townhome is beautiful, clean, & private, inside and out. We’re very happy with our decision.

Great place to live. Convenient location to the beach, the bay, the hospital, and good restaurants. Convenient location between Destin and PCB, and very close to 30A. They offer nice townhomes each with a good size garage. Have not had any problems in the > 1 year living here with anything in the house except for the floors, which is a common problem that the management team is aware of and working on. The units are spacious and the appliances are nice and functional; the utility bills are reasonable. The service requests get taken care of appropriately and in a timely manner. I had an excellent experience at Artisan Living. From the very beginning, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and has such a peaceful atmosphere. The staff is attentive, professional, and always willing to help with kindness and respect. Everything is clean and thoughtfully organized, and you can truly see the care that goes into every detail. We were so exited to move into the Artisian North Beach and everything has far surpassed our expectations! Yvonne, the property manager, is beyond helpful and truly listens to your needs and helps you find the exact unit and layout that will work best for you. It's extremely quiet and private, we feel like we are living in a house, but then have friendly neighbors that say hello and are welcoming. We haven't had any issues in the townhouse, but I'm confident that if we ever need anything, that the friendly staff will help take care of anything we need. My only regret is not moving here sooner :)
